This movie intrigues me as it seems to be a “What If” for an evil version of Superman. I am very interested in these kind of movies.
This is going to end up pissing on man of steal which is pathetic since gunns next film is a dc one
I’m not sure about this movie. It looks like a good movie, no lie. It’s just plainly, flat out “hey, Evil Superman” and I see that and my reaction, and this might be an unpopular or controversial opinion, but isn’t it bad enough we had Man of Steel? Like Superman is freaking Superman. I know Brightburn is not Superman, but the powers are all the same and the synopsis is basically saying it’s Superman but if he went bad. Like I might watch it if it comes out on Netflix, and I trust that it will be a good film, I mean freaking James Gunn is behind it, but I’m just not sure about it. Maybe the closer it gets to the release, I might change my mind. That being said, I hope this movie is a success for all involved. James Gunn deserves it.
