After ruining the greatest Animated Disney Villainess, I’m am not giving this film a single cent!
I actually liked the first movie. If nothing better is playing, I might go see this. Yeah, I know. Damning with faint praise.
Was anyone else disturbed by the rape metaphor in the first movie? Nah, not for kids. Disney is getting nasty. This is also years late. What else has Angie got better to do? “Mistress of Evil” sounds kinky af.
Does anybody really hold “Maleficent” alongside Disney’s other live-action remakes…? Didn’t think so. This is just an Angelina Jolie vanity project. I can’t imagine they have a proper premise for this sequel to justify existing.
